Terms governing your use of Septic iQ's website and services

By accessing our website or using Septic iQ's services, you agree to the following terms. They're written in plain English because we believe in transparency, the same standard we hold ourselves to in every service call.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using septiciq.com or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Section 02

Services Provided

Septic iQ offers residential and commercial septic services in and around Victoria, TX, including:

Aerobic and conventional septic system installation
Proactive maintenance membership plans
24/7 remote process monitoring via Septilink technology
Real estate septic inspections
As-needed repairs, no membership required
Drip irrigation installations
Commercial septic maintenance and installations
Pumping services

Section 03

Membership Plans

Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. All service details and pricing are confirmed at the time of enrollment.

To cancel your membership, contact our membership coordinator directly at 361-571-8329. Our team will guide you through the process.

Section 04

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Septic iQ sends text messages to customers who opt in, including appointment reminders, service updates and reports, remote monitoring alerts, billing notices, and occasional service offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Reply HELP for help, or call 361-571-8329.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Data Protection Policy for how we handle your information.

Section 05

Website Use

All content on septiciq.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Septic iQ and may not be reproduced without written permission. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt our services, or to infringe on our intellectual property rights.

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

Septic iQ provides services in good faith and in compliance with TCEQ regulations. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, grandfathered system limitations, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered in the relevant period.

Note: Many conventional (gravity) systems are "grandfathered in" and no longer meet current state code. In some cases we can identify problems but cannot modify the system without violating TCEQ rules.

Section 07

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria County, Texas.

Section 08

Changes to This Agreement

Septic iQ reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
